Senior Civil Engineer (m/f/d) Structural Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the integral planning process through to construction implementation
• Perform structural planning within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Manage structural planning and static processing for large-scale national and international projects
• Act as an interface between architecture, MEP, electrical engineering, and external planners
• Maintain cost and result responsibility for the respective project department
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable training
• Extensive professional experience in structural planning and project management of large-scale projects
• Deep knowledge of planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficiency in BIM software, ideally Revit, and relevant calculation programs
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Experience in leading diverse teams and mentoring junior employees
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
