Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor project progress and compliance with standards
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry codes, and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proven experience working in PMC/PMO or Consultant Companies
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and local regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities
