The firm provides a diverse range of consulting services for both public and private clients across various markets including Civic, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and engineering design on civil engineering projects
• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects including design development, presentation drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate project teams to incorporate design intent into construction documentation and administration
• Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop professional relationships
• Maintain project document files, financial information, and project schedules
• Ensure accuracy of technical documents through Quality Assurance reviews
• Participate in planning, cost development, and scheduling for assigned projects
• Support marketing and business development activities and project proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution
• Registered Engineer (PE); licensure in Tennessee strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain professional engineering registration in several states
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a civil engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
