Senior Civil Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects
• Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, plans, specifications, and permitting
• Lead problem-solving efforts across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective solutions
• Coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Plan, schedule, and execute detailed phases of civil design work while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support new business development through proposals and marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 10 years of civil design experience, preferably in engineering consulting
• Current Florida PE license
• Proficiency with Civil 3D/CAD
• Experience with municipal, commercial, and industrial clients
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for client meetings
