Senior Civil Construction Manager/Inspector

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management, administration, and observation services for public and private projects
• Perform daily observation, inspection, and project documentation
• Review submittals, shop drawings, payment applications, and payroll
• Oversee materials testing and ensure conformance with project documents
• Interpret project specifications and plans for roadways, utility infrastructure, and water/sewer systems
• Coordinate construction schedules and inspect work across various disciplines
• Travel to various job sites in different terrain and weather conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in construction observation or inspection
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain constant alertness for safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification
