About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and supervise earthworks including excavations, embankments, and dam embankments
- Monitor material quality and collaborate with the quality control laboratory
- Ensure compliance with studies, technical specifications, and legislation
- Coordinate subcontractors, technical teams, and project machinery
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for Project Management
- Manage site safety and environmental requirements such as water, dust, and waste management
- Support the drafting of construction methodologies and schedules
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure construction
- Experience in earthworks for dam construction
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
