Senior Civil and Earthmoving Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily physical progress of field execution and solve deviations in real time
• Supervise execution of earthmoving, drainage, foundations, structures, and finishes
• Manage earthmoving and civil works suppliers
• Analyze contractor daily work logs
• Receive third-party services and validate measurements
• Ensure technical compliance and quality of services provided
• Perform daily site inspections with photographic records and non-conformity reports
• Manage construction and/or supply contracts for earthmoving and civil works
• Develop management models for civil works packages

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Solid experience in industrial project implementation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation
• Deep knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment
