Senior Citrus Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve daily operational goals
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily citrus production activities including pruning, irrigation, fertilization, crop protection, fruit thinning, and harvesting
• Oversee effective utilization of labor, equipment, and other production resources
• Ensure all activities comply with quality, productivity, food safety, health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage production-related administration including labor records, time and attendance, production reports, and task planning
• Monitor daily productivity and report on team performance and operational challenges
• Identify training needs and support the development of production teams
• Collaborate with production managers to implement production plans and promote continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial citrus production or a similar agricultural environment
• Experience leading production teams and managing daily operational activities
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license
