Senior Citrix Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), StoreFront, PVS/MCS, and related workspace technologies
• Lead initiatives involving Windows 11 VDI, FSLogix, profile management, and application virtualization
• Deliver platform upgrades, environment consolidations, datacenter migrations, and technology refreshes
• Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and proof-of-concept activities
• Develop automation solutions and streamline operational processes using PowerShell

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Citrix, EUC, VDI, or Digital Workspace engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler, StoreFront, PVS, MCS, and Citrix Cloud
• Expertise with FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, and application layering
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
• Proven experience in datacenter migrations and large-scale infrastructure transformation
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
