Senior Citrix Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system architectures that ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including the planning, execution, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Deploy and maintain scalable infrastructure while ensuring system security and compliance with best practices.
• Automate routine tasks using programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, including latency, using root cause analysis.
• Integrate cloud solutions and optimize infrastructure security across various projects.
• Leverage AI-driven monitoring and predictive analytics to proactively detect issues and optimize workflows.
• Support system testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance across various environments.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting equipment up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, kneeling, or reaching to install hardware.

Requirements

• Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds (floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder, and overhead).
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, and reach to install or troubleshoot hardware in tight spaces.
