Senior Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned kitchen section during preparation and service
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to McGettigan’s quality and presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise Commis and Demi CDP team members
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage and rotation
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong technical cooking skills and deep knowledge of kitchen operations
• Proven ability to lead a section and support junior staff
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
