Senior Charles River Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Charles River to support investment, trading workflows, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and integration efforts
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data flows, and user experience
• Interact with Business Analysts and Product Owners to provide technical support during project and sprint backlog calls
• Identify and implement internal process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River configuration and development
• Proficiency with SQL and data integration concepts
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and integration with trading platforms
• Experience in an asset management or financial services environment
• Understanding of the front-to-back investment lifecycle and data management
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with APIs and ETL tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
