About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing high-impact channel strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances and serve as a trusted advisor to key partners at both working and executive levels.
  • Transform partner capability through hands-on coaching to move from transactional selling to a consultative approach.
  • Enhance funnel performance by diagnosing sales bottlenecks and leveraging metrics to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Sales to ensure partners have necessary tools and incentives.
  • Maximize partner investments by overseeing channel spend, incentive programs, and budgets to ensure ROI.
  • Optimize market coverage by identifying gaps and leading the recruitment and onboarding of new partners.

Requirements

  • Recent telecom expertise with a proven track record in SMB or Consumer sales for wireless or wireline services.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling third-party partner networks (e.g., National Retailers, Dealers, or VARs).
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to perform data-driven sales funnel analysis.
  • Exceptional stakeholder diplomacy and the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix environment.
  • Deep commercial literacy regarding indirect sales models, partner economics, and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and advanced partner performance management tools.
  • Experience with campaign co-design and go-to-market execution within indirect B2B sales channels.
