About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute channel strategies to enable partners to scale and exceed sales targets
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor for key partners
  • Lead weekly huddles and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to maximize productivity
  • Coach partners to transition from transactional selling to a consultative approach
  • Identify market coverage gaps and lead the recruitment of new strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement to provide go-to-market support
  • Manage financial performance and ROI on partner investments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management within indirect sales models
  • Deep understanding of the telecom or tech industry and SMB/Mid-market segments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional local travel
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for executive-level engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms and partner performance management tools
  • Knowledge of campaign design and go-to-market execution within indirect channels
  • Understanding of partner economics and channel performance metrics
