Senior Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformation and data migration initiatives
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business processes, systems, and data flows
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities across multiple business units
• Develop and deliver business readiness plans to support cutover, transition, and post-go-live adoption
• Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, leadership briefings, and change forums
• Coordinate training and user enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption challenges throughout the program lifecycle
• Monitor and report on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering change management within data migration or large-scale system migration projects
• Strong understanding of data migration impacts on business processes and operational teams
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other recognized change management methodologies
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Experience within Telecommunications, Financial Services, Government, or large enterprise environments
