About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformation and data migration initiatives
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business processes, systems, and data flows
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities across multiple business units
- Develop and deliver business readiness plans to support cutover, transition, and post-go-live adoption
- Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, leadership briefings, and change forums
- Coordinate training and user enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption challenges throughout the program lifecycle
- Monitor and report on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering change management within data migration or large-scale system migration projects
- Strong understanding of data migration impacts on business processes and operational teams
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other recognised change management methodologies
- Experience within Telecommunications, Financial Services, Government, or large enterprise environments

- Relevant Change Management or Project Management certifications
