Senior Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives by developing change strategies and actionable roadmaps
• Conduct change diagnostics and impact assessments to identify targeted interventions
• Support the delivery and adoption of change through workshops, success metrics, and knowledge management plans
• Partner with program leads to develop local business readiness criteria
• Coordinate change activities across HR, Communications, L&D, and other key stakeholder groups
• Develop and oversee local communication and engagement plans tailored to specific business needs
• Build change capability by developing learning plans and coaching business leaders
• Identify and mitigate change management risks within assigned operating units
• Report on change outcomes and benefits using data-driven metrics

Requirements

• Proven track record of executing change programs within complex, matrixed environments
• Proficiency in portfolio-level change management, including prioritization and sequencing
• Ability to translate enterprise-level strategies into executable local adoption plans
• Strong understanding of change management best practices, tools, and techniques
• Excellent stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills across diverse business ecosystems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex messages for business leaders
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• PROSCI or APMG Change Practitioner certification
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operating model components
• Demonstrated ability to coach sponsors and cultivate change champions
• Experience embedding mindset and culture shifts to sustain organizational change
• Proficiency in using data analytics and digital adoption tools to drive change
