Senior Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment and scoping with executives
• Conducting diagnostics including impact and resistance analysis
• Defining, implementing, and monitoring change management strategies
• Co-constructing support tools (communication, training, mobilization) with business and project teams
• Mobilizing key stakeholders
• Monitoring support plans and performance indicators

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Significant experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels
• Ability to engage and lead teams
• Mastery of project management methodologies
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High proficiency in English
