Senior Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement execution for organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities
• Develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges and manage stakeholder engagement
• Conduct user-centered research to increase customer awareness and adoption of changes
• Create high-quality communications collateral, including executive briefings, newsletters, and mass emails
• Lead specific workstreams within client engagements, overseeing individual contributions and junior staff
• Track and report the status of change programs, including key metrics and risks
• Perform quality assurance reviews on all work products and deliverables
• Support business development activities such as proposals and thought leadership materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of change management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead capacity
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, including creating custom visuals and slide masters
• Experience implementing technology systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday
• Experience creating communications collateral through a human-centered design (HCD) lens
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci or CCMP certification
• Experience implementing change management for large-scale technology systems (5,000+ users)
• Minimum of 3 years of management consulting experience within the public sector
• Proficiency with quantitative analysis in Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting)
• Knowledge of graphic design concepts and experience with Visio or process mapping
• Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
