Senior Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and manage comprehensive Change Management plans
• Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and design effective communication strategies
• Organize and conduct training and support sessions for various stakeholders
• Gather feedback, monitor resistance to change, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with project teams, functional managers, and business owners to align strategies with project objectives
• Manage and report on key indicators for Change Management and Communication actions
• Develop training strategies and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to deliver impact reports, stakeholder analyses, and communication strategies
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills
• Fluency in English
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills and a problem-management orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation processes
• Experience in professional Communication roles
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
