Senior Change Enablement Specialist, Digital

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful implementation of organizational initiatives and digital transformations.
• Equip executives, leaders, and employees to understand, prepare for, and adopt changes impacting processes, products, and technology.
• Identify metrics to measure engagement, readiness, and adoption, analyzing feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify resistance and performance gaps, developing and implementing corrective actions to ensure stakeholder readiness.
• Draft and execute communication and engagement plans in alignment with corporate communication standards.
• Document process changes and identify associated risks to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor others by providing expertise in change management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Learning Services and Corporate Communications to develop training content and company-wide materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Five years of experience developing and executing change readiness plans.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives across functional teams.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification.
• Experience supporting project management methodologies, specifically SafeAgile.
• Strong storytelling and authentic communication skills.
• Strategic outlook with the ability to align short-term goals with long-term business strategy.
