Senior Change & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and embed change management foundations, including playbooks, frameworks, and tools to support enterprise initiatives
• Partner with teams to design and deliver change approaches that drive behavioural adoption
• Develop clear, engaging internal communications across various channels, such as articles, newsletters, and leadership messaging
• Support digital and enterprise initiatives by driving engagement and adoption across the business
• Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape messaging and guide teams through change
• Measure the impact of change and communications initiatives, using insights to improve effectiveness

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in change management, internal communications, or transformation roles
• Experience delivering change across enterprise or digital initiatives
• Strong internal communications capability with proven writing and content development skills
• Ability to engage, influence, and challenge stakeholders at all levels
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on outcomes and adoption
• Ability to work in ambiguity and build structure where it does not yet exist
