Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead developer for PS Cloud initiatives, guiding solution design and defining technical standards
• Perform hands-on Certinia PSA configuration including projects, milestones, resource scheduling, and billing
• Manage Salesforce Flows, user roles, field level security, and automation rules
• Maintain and govern PSA system data to ensure accuracy in project records and resource allocations
• Partner with Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Support UAT and change management activities for implemented features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform in Senior Consultant or Senior Admin roles
• 3+ years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience focused on PS Cloud (PSA)
• PSA System Administration certification
• Salesforce Advanced Admin certification
• Deep familiarity with PSA concepts such as project financials, utilization, and revenue
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Success experience
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
• PSA implementation experience
