Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, implement, verify, and validate Wireless WAN (cellular) air interface and modem technologies.
- Optimize software for advanced wireless systems and modems to meet high-performance requirements including capacity, coverage, throughput, latency, and power consumption.
- Develop cost-effective, high-quality air interface and modem solutions that meet industry and customer requirements.
- Contribute actively to design reviews and project meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure successful commercialization of modem technologies.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of progressive professional experience.
- Expertise in WWAN specifications.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing wireless systems.
