Senior CDP Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily execution of CDP processes, including data ingestion, transformation, and activation
• Support client implementations by designing and maintaining integrations and experiences within the platform
• Monitor daily data flows to ensure SLAs are met and proactively identify trends or anomalies
• Analyze, triage, and research data issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary
• Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, and Product teams to improve platform optimization and efficiencies
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems to new solutions
• Provide technical documentation regarding data flows, field mappings, and data dictionaries
• Communicate directly with clients regarding data research, project requirements, and issue resolution
• Assist in training and teaching internal and client teams on platform features and usability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in a data operations or CDP-related role
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, and SFTP workflows
• Experience with identity resolution concepts and omnichannel data integrations
• Strong understanding of database table structures, field mappings, and data modeling
• Experience working within marketing data environments and ESPs
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data privacy compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with requirements-gathering techniques and technical architectures
• Proficiency in using JIRA for issue tracking and communication
