Senior CDM Consultant - Health & Safety

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding legal responsibilities in accordance with CDM regulations
• Establish and maintain positive relations with existing and new clients
• Represent the company professionally through meetings, negotiations, and timely correspondence
• Contribute to commissions to ensure client expectations and business management systems are met
• Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits on behalf of clients

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry and CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong IT skills for report and document generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a CDM Principal Designer
• Experience across a diverse range of industry sectors
