Senior Casino Game Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Lead visual development for slot games, including moodboards, style exploration, final symbol sets, logos, UI, and key art
• Create casino-grade, production-ready illustrations optimized for mobile and web platforms
• Develop high-readability symbols with strong shape language, contrast, and clarity for real-money gameplay
• Collaborate with Game Design, Math, and Audio teams to ensure visuals support gameplay mechanics and player engagement
• Maintain strict production standards regarding file structure, layer organization, and naming conventions

Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry with hands-on work on released slot games
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of casino realism (metals, gems, gold, glass, and light effects)
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to work within established casino styles while elevating visual impact
• Experience working in fast-paced production pipelines with clear feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for concept exploration
• Familiarity with Spine, After Effects, or Unity for creating animation-ready assets
• Experience using 3D software for blocking, lighting, and render references
