Senior Career Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple Career Development Framework (CDF) projects in collaboration with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
• Develop and improve systematic processes to identify and evolve essential skills, competencies, and proficiency levels by job family.
• Partner with HR and Internal Communications to execute change readiness plans and build awareness of career management tools.
• Collaborate with IT and HR data teams to ensure CDF data is accurately digitized within Workday and other career management applications.
• Co-create strategies to educate stakeholders on career management tools, best practices, and learning programs.
• Support the integration of the CDF into broader Talent Management practices to enable holistic employee development and talent planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Four years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize organizational needs.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence change across an organization.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Professional experience specifically within Human Resources or Learning & Development.
• Direct experience in Career Development or Organizational Development.
