Senior Card Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to card issues, declines, chargebacks, and fraud management
• Participate in projects for business process improvements or automations
• Train and onboard new team members and assist in recruitment
• Manage incidents timely with relevant stakeholders and senior management
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports on card-related topics
• Manage stakeholders including transaction processors, ACS providers, manufacturers, and schemes
• Manage core processes independently from start to finish
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or fintech
• Strong knowledge of card payment schemes, dispute, and fraud management
• Understanding of PSD2 and other regulatory requirements
• Expertise in MS Office and G Suite
• Experience using SQL queries
• Fluent in English and German
