Senior Capture Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts for Navy and DoD opportunities from shaping through award
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to growth priorities
• Develop capture strategies including win themes, competitive positioning, and price-to-win
• Lead proposal execution across technical, management, staffing, and cost volumes
• Direct color team reviews to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions
• Develop pricing strategies and cost volumes in coordination with finance and operations
• Establish and manage teaming partners and strategic relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal leadership
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Demonstrated success winning federal services contracts (prime and IDIQ/MAC)
• Experience with price-to-win development and cost volume leadership
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition and proposal processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy customers or Department of War (DOW) organizations
• Experience with major contract vehicles such as SeaPort-NxG or OASIS/OASIS+
• Background spanning both capture leadership and program execution roles
• Experience developing and managing teaming strategies and strategic partnerships
