Senior Capture Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new federal contracting opportunities through market research and agency engagement
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to company growth strategy
• Develop and execute account plans for priority agencies
• Lead capture efforts for strategic opportunities from identification through proposal kickoff
• Develop capture plans, including competitive assessments and teaming strategies
• Negotiate teaming agreements with partners and subcontractors
• Cultivate relationships with contracting officers and government stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7+ years of federal government BD or capture management experience
• Proven success winning federal contracts in the $5M–$100M+ range
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement cycles
• Proficiency with GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, and Salesforce
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA)
• Experience with IDIQ vehicles, GWACs, and task order competitions
• Familiarity with small business set-aside strategies (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB)
• Active security clearance
• Shipley methodology training or certification
• Background in IT services or cybersecurity
