Senior Capture and Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of proposal development including RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses
• Shape early-stage opportunities through customer engagement and win strategy development
• Partner with Business Development to identify and qualify new pursuits
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver compliant proposals
• Ensure technical solutions align with customer mission requirements
• Drive internal alignment for scalable and competitive offerings
• Provide technical support at trade shows and conferences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capture management, proposal management, or business development
• Background in aerospace, defense, or space industries
• Proven track record of winning complex federal or commercial proposals
• Experience with large-scale, technically complex space or defense programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with satellite systems, space infrastructure, communications, or ISR platforms
• Familiarity with capture frameworks such as Shipley or APMP
• Experience supporting both federal and commercial pursuits
