Senior Capital Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through successful completion of medium to high complexity capital projects.
• Manage financial aspects of major projects, including expenditure estimation, AFE creation, and cost tracking.
• Implement automated control systems by developing, designing, and selecting necessary hardware and software.
• Provide engineering support throughout project planning and execution phases.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions focused on continuous improvement.
• Analyze alternatives with suppliers to ensure project implementation meets contract terms and manufacturing availability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a project engineer and/or control and automation engineer.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management, industrial process automation, and team leadership.
• Proficiency with AB and Siemens automation software.
• Experience with Fanuc robot programming.
• Background in the manufacturing and metalworking industries.
