Senior Campaign Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for regulatory campaigns across multiple markets
• Collaborate with Program Leads, Legal, Product, and other business units to define scope and delivery timelines
• Execute content updates and publishing using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Coordinate translation, reviews, and approvals with global stakeholders
• Manage project timelines for regulatory-related tradeshows, events, and printed collateral
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, survey results, and engagement metrics
• Develop and present structured internal presentations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or communications
• Experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a large corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite
• Exceptional English writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or public policy initiatives
• Familiarity with translation and localization workflows
• Experience managing print production or event logistics
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and ROI assessments
