About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish GTM strategies and plan/execute launch campaigns for multiple global titles (Subnautica 2, Palworld Mobile, Last Epoch, etc.)
- Manage regular consultation bodies with global studios, including agenda management and action item tracking
- Establish schedules and manage campaign execution for key project moments such as Early Access and DLC releases
- Formulate global marketing budgets, manage execution, and perform ROI analysis
- Derive regional GTM strategies and plan/execute store promotions on Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.
- Manage vendor contracts, track bidding schedules, and support new vendor due diligence
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal departments (Brand, Community, Publishing Coordination, Strategic Insight) and external partners
- Contribute to long-term strategy from an IP Franchise perspective
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game publishing or marketing (end-to-end GTM to launch execution)
- Experience managing multiple global titles simultaneously and cross-functional project management skills
- Experience collaborating with global development studios or overseas partners (English business communication is mandatory)
- Deep understanding of PC/Console distribution ecosystems including Steam, EGS, and console platforms
- Data-driven decision-making skills (KPI design, sales/user data analysis, ROI analysis)
- Experience in marketing budget formulation and execution management
- Strong communication skills to coordinate schedules and priorities with various stakeholders
- Strong interest and passion for the gaming industry
- Ability to travel overseas if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding and gameplay experience in various genres such as open-world survival crafting or mobile live service games
- Experience with global communities (Reddit, Discord, Steam, etc.) and understanding of community-based marketing
- Experience in IP Franchise strategy establishment or IP business expansion
- Experience in executive reporting and business planning
- Proficiency in languages other than English (e.g., Japanese, Chinese)
- Experience collaborating with multicultural and multi-regional teams
