Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Act as a Web Consultant for Australian processes
- Manage UK Telecom call blocking processes
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
