About the role
Responsibilities
- Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and emails
- Analyze technical issues correctly
- Sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Close calls and process customer payments
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound technical process
- Excellent English fluency
- Ability to pitch service plans confidently
- Comfortable working night shifts (US shift)
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
