Senior Calibration Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work quality and output by designing workflows and meeting schedules
• Ensure OEM-specified service procedures are followed accurately
• Collaborate with team members and clients to address concerns and improve AI/robotics technologies
• Manage staff, tools, and facility space to maximize calibration volume
• Provide technical support, coaching, and leadership to a team of ADAS technicians
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ADAS calibration and automotive maintenance
• Maintain accurate vehicle, customer, and job documentation
• Ensure personnel safety and OSHA compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical or ADAS calibration experience
• In-depth knowledge of automotive technologies and electrical diagnostics
• Proficiency with ADAS calibration tools and OEM/aftermarket diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple OE diagnostic tools
• Background in autobody collision repair
• Experience as a mobile technician
• Automotive-related degrees or certifications
