Senior Buyer

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end purchasing functions for aircraft and non-aircraft materials
• Source and purchase based on actual and forecasted demand requirements
• Monitor material delivery to meet customer expectations and service levels
• Provide oversight and direction to buyers
• Ensure purchase orders meet agreed delivery dates to achieve TCO outcomes
• Obtain necessary documentation for approval to store and use materials

Requirements

• Sound knowledge and experience in a purchasing function
• Experience establishing and managing supplier contracts and relationships
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations
• Experience with the SUPPLY system
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
