Senior Buyer - Lingerie & Intimates

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for the lingerie and intimates category
• Conduct market research and analyze social media and competitor trends to drive on-trend newness
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, and inventory levels
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful product launches
• Utilize sales data and customer insights to continuously optimize product assortments and profitability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Buying or Merchandising, ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand
• Direct experience buying for lingerie or intimates categories is required
• Proven expertise in trend forecasting and market research
• Strong vendor negotiation skills regarding product quality, costs, and delivery dates
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
