Senior Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for goods, services, and supplies to ensure optimal cost-benefit and quality.
• Receive and analyze purchase requirements from various company departments.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers, including reviewing references and previous work.
• Conduct comparative analyses of suppliers to facilitate selection by stakeholders.
• Manage the supplier onboarding process in compliance with current company policies.
• Generate purchase orders using the Oracle system.
• Monitor supplier compliance with agreed-upon acquisition conditions and delivery timelines.
• Oversee the execution of services and receipt of products.
• Process supplier invoices to ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Relations, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Fe, CDMX.
• Proficiency in using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
