Senior Buyer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for the Women's division
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting by analyzing runway trends, social media, and competitors
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels to meet financial targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams
• Utilize sales data and customer insights to drive data-driven decisions and optimize product mix

Requirements

• 7+ years of apparel buying experience, ideally within an eCommerce fashion environment
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
