Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments
• Conduct market research and analyze social media to forecast fashion trends
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to secure best cost structures and maximize margins
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams for timely deliveries
• Utilize sales performance data and market insights to optimize product assortments

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Buying or Merchandising within eCommerce fashion
• Mandatory experience buying for lingerie or intimates categories
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills
