Senior Business/Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile source and target data models to identify gaps and transformation requirements
• Develop source-to-target mapping documents to guide data engineering teams
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with data models
• Extract, mine, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen data scenarios
• Leverage data modeling concepts to optimize data structures and reporting
• Work with supply chain datasets to contribute to process improvements
• Provide support for SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce datasets
• Create comprehensive documentation of data mapping, business rules, and validation processes
• Maintain 2–3 hours of overlap with onshore teams for global collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis
• Expertise in data profiling, data mapping, and transformation
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce datasets
• Solid understanding of logical and physical data modeling concepts
• Experience working with supply chain data and processes
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction techniques
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in global team settings with onshore overlap

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SAP BW
