Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage and improve business-critical systems including ERP, MRP, warehouse management, and inventory platforms.
• Design, build, test, and deploy solutions related to fulfillment, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and accountability across technical and business teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams and external vendors on integrations, APIs, and system enhancements.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives.
• Utilize AI platforms and tools to improve workflows and accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in business systems, ERP administration, or operations technology.
• Experience driving operational processes such as supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements and system designs.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis tools.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, MRP, or related supply chain platforms.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, middleware, or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with EDI workflows and partner integrations.
• Background in high-growth consumer products, ecommerce, or manufacturing.
