Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Membership Services, Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation, data accuracy, and cross-system alignment.
• Drive projects related to case management, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), self-service, and order fulfillment logistics.
• Design, prototype, and evaluate AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives.
• Develop technical and non-technical documentation and mentor other Business Systems Analysts.

Requirements

• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in system administration, automation, product management, or software development.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Case Management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
• Experience with CTI (e.g., Zoom Contact Center, Aircall) and WFM (e.g., Calabrio, Zendesk) systems.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
