Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP IBP

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver scalable SAP IBP solutions using Response & Supply and Demand Planning modules
• Design end-to-end supply chain processes including materials planning, supply planning, deployment, and replenishment
• Manage projects to roll out new functionalities and refine existing SAP IBP planning modules
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to translate business requirements into operational solutions
• Use process improvement techniques to streamline business workflows and influence senior leadership adoption
• Develop business and product scenarios to improve profitability and market share

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of relevant work experience architecting and implementing supply chain planning solutions
• Deep knowledge of materials planning, inventory planning, supply planning, and replenishment processes
• Experience setting up SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, master data, and dashboards
• Strong integration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC (specifically MM, PP, SD, and EWM)
• Proficiency with integration tools such as SAP CPI, CI-DS, RTI, OData, or APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain planning within the semiconductor industry
• Experience with supply chain AI, automation, analytics, or AI-powered planning workflows
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, SAP BTP, or SAP Build Process Automation
• Background with NVIDIA CUDA optimization or GPU-accelerated AI/ML workloads
