Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility and accountability for the Clarity platform, including design, development, testing, and rollout
• Manage Clarity analytics including Jaspersoft reports and Tableau or PowerBI dashboards
• Manage system updates, testing, and coordination of UAT
• Lead global systems training for PMO, Project Managers, and other end-user communities
• Provide in-depth functional and user support for the Clarity community at an enterprise level
• Interact with vendor support and other IT departments to resolve environment, performance, and integration issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience in Clarity functional modules (Project, Portfolio, Resource, Timesheet, Financial, or Demand Management)
• Experience configuring Clarity PPM and translating requirements into workable solutions
• Strong understanding of Clarity Administration, Data Architecture, and new UX functionalities
• Extensive experience in SQL and XOG
• Strong understanding of database concepts including Oracle and relational modeling
• Experience with BI analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GEL Script, REST API, and process automation
• PMP Certificate
• Previous PMO knowledge with a focus on program and financials planning (OPEX/CAPEX)
