Senior Business Systems Analyst, Order to Cash

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the roadmap for Klaviyo's O2C stack, translating business requirements into functional and technical design
• Support the integration of CPQ to NetSuite to deliver Enterprise capabilities
• Assess the O2C systems landscape and provide recommendations for future direction
• Apply rigorous testing and build practices to ensure high-quality delivery
• Design, implement, and operate IT General Controls (ITGCs) across O2C applications
• Simplify and automate controls and evidence collection for audit readiness
• Identify and deliver AI use cases across the O2C workflow
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury teams to refine end-to-end workflows
• Act as a key technical resource for Finance leadership on systems and data

Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise or business systems with exposure to Finance technology
• 2+ years working directly in Order to Cash (O2C)
• Practical exposure to SOX ITGC and experience with internal/external auditors
• Hands-on experience with ERP and Finance tools (NetSuite, Oracle, Avalara, Zuora, or similar)
• Familiarity with requirements for enterprise-led growth and international expansion
• Interest in or experience partnering with engineering on AI-driven automation
