Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and technology teams to define system requirements and deliver technical solutions for financial processes.
• Analyze existing and future state business processes, data flows, and system gaps to drive business transformation.
• Manage end-to-end front-line support for finance operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues across NetSuite, Concur, and Blackline.
• Lead system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Optimize finance systems and processes to scale with company growth, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate review sessions with subject matter experts and manage project milestones for development and UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and integrating SaaS/Cloud financial systems.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience with strong technical and functional knowledge.
• 7+ years of experience with Financial ERP modules including AR, AP, PO, GL, and FA.
• Expertise in Hire to Retire, Quote to Cash, and Procure to Pay process ecosystems.
• Technical understanding of API patterns and payloads.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and macro creation (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Knowledge of Tableau for report building.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, and advanced analytics applied to finance systems.
